Clean Room Panels
Engineered for performance, precision, and compliance — designed to meet global cleanroom standards across industries.
Clean Room Panels
A cleanroom is a controlled environment where pollutants like dust, airborne microbes, and aerosol particles are filtered out in order to provide the cleanest area possible. Most cleanrooms are used for manufacturing products such as electronics, pharmaceutical products, and medical equipment. As a part of SpectroKAVS, we have a reputation for high quality installations and standards of service. We have in-house expertise for extraordinary technical design and value engineering. With its remarkable expertise and an state-of-art production facility of about 80.000 sq.ft at Maharashtra, SpectroKAVS manufactures All types of Modular Partitions, Cleanroom Equipment, Containment Solutions and pharmaceutics process equipment.
Comprehensive experienced team in the pharmaceutical industry enables us to understand their requirements and present and cost-effective solutions allowing us to create the overall engineered scheme. SpectroKAVS has a skilled and highly experienced crew with extensive knowledge of cGMP/GMP standards.

HPL in Cleanroom ?
The HPL surfaces are distinguished by some highly technical features, namely:
High mechanical resistance to impact, total resistance to water, chemical detergents, steam, impact and highly resistant to abrasion. Over 40 layers of kraft impregnated with melamine and phenolic resin. The 3 mm thick HPL panel has a transparent finish on both external sides that protects the decorative layer below. Solid, structured, unpainted material (the colour is part of the material). Antistatic and antibacterial given the nature of the product itself, HPL is used extensively in controlled contamination environments. The central dark brown layer consists of a series of kraft papers impregnated with phenolic resins, pressed to 9 MPa at 150°C. A protective PVC coating protects the panel during the production, transportation and installation phases. We chose to use HPL-grade products only when realising our cleanrooms, in accordance with standard EN438.
Insulation
Rockwool
Sheets of fireproof rock wool oriented perpendicular to the plane. Density 100 Kg/cbm, fire reaction class A1 (EN 13501-1) declared thermal conductivity (λ) = 0.037 W/mK (EN 12667 or 14303)
Polyurethane [ Pu ]
Infil of injectable expanded polyurethane. Density 42 – 45 Kg/cbm, fire reaction class B3(EN 13501-1 or DIN 4102) declared thermal conductivity (λ) = 0.022 W/mK (EN 12667)

Clean Room Panels in India: Trusted Suppliers, Price & Local Availability
In industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, and electronics, maintaining a contamination-free environment is not just important—it’s critical. One of the most essential components in any cleanroom setup is the clean room panels. These panels provide the foundation for a sterile, modular, and compliant space.
Whether you’re setting up a new cleanroom or renovating an existing one, choosing the right clean room panels supplier plays a crucial role in the overall performance and certification of your facility. In this blog, we’ll explore the importance of clean room panels, how to choose reliable suppliers, average prices, and how to find the best clean room panels in India or even near you.
What Are Clean Room Panels?
Clean room panels are specially designed, modular wall and ceiling structures used to construct cleanrooms. These panels are made using high-quality, non-shedding materials and offer features such as:
Smooth, non-porous surfaces
Resistance to chemicals and microbial growth
Easy-to-clean and maintain finishes
Anti-static, fire-resistant, and insulated properties
GMP, ISO, and FDA-compliant surface finishes
They are widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitals, medical device factories, R&D labs, and food processing units.
Why Clean Room Panels Are Essential
Ensure hygiene and sterility: Prevents dust, microbes, and air particles from entering sensitive areas.
Modular design: Allows for quick installation, expansion, and customization.
Compliance-ready: Meets global cleanroom standards like ISO 14644, GMP, WHO, and US FDA.
Low maintenance: Durable surfaces that reduce cleaning effort and cost.
Choosing the Right Clean Room Panels Suppliers
Not all clean room panels suppliers offer the same quality or technical expertise. Here’s what to look for when selecting a supplier:
Material Variety: Choose suppliers offering a range of core materials (Puff, Rockwool, EPS, etc.) and finishes (GI powder-coated, stainless steel, HPL-coated).
Compliance Knowledge: Ensure they understand and follow industry standards for pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
Installation Support: Leading suppliers like Spectrokavs not only deliver panels but also handle design, installation, and validation.
Custom Sizes & Designs: The ability to offer custom panel sizes, cutouts for utilities, and integrated accessories.
